Council wants answers

It was a 90-minute Williston Council meeting that had only one agenda item for discussion.

President Charles Goodman told his council that he'd try to keep the communication segment to 10 minutes, but it was evident that it would be a broken vow once the specifics of the new city hall came into the spotlight.

Goodman, a contractor, said he'd spent 10-12 hours reviewing a 314-page document about the building and asked council members what they remembered for the roof.
