A young man from Williston is on the “most wanted” list after bonding out last week following an arrest and also investigation into two separate incidents.

Decoda Kadarrell King, 21, of Northeast 35th Street, was stopped by Officer James Tegart after not coming to a proper stop at a stop sign. He allegedly gave the officer a false name before his companion in the car told the police his real name. He was charged with driving with a suspended license and giving false information to a law enforcement officer. He bonded out on the same day.

Tommy Glenn Chadwick, 31, of Ocala, was charged with possession of marijuana less than 20 grams after the car in which he was riding was stopped for having no tag lights and a cracked windshield.

Russell Edward Howe Jr., 19, of Southeast 3rd Avenue, Williston, was charged with possession of a prescription drug, Valium, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was the driver of the above vehicle which was stopped for having no tag lights and a cracked windshield.

BRONSON — Three people have been charged with mistreatment of a 51-year-old mentally handicapped man who was found malnourished and weighing between 80 to 100 pounds when found by deputies acting on an anonymous tip. One officer who saw the victim said he looked like a prisoner of war.

A Levy County Sheriff’s Office press release said the trio, who were his caretakers, has admitted to leaving the man handcuffed in a home on Mashburn Drive for up to four hours while they dined in a restaurant. The man said he was fed rice and beans and was always hungry.

The Levy County Sheriff’s Office has released information on the following arrests:

A traffic stop at a South Chiefland gas station for no tag light resulted in drug charges against two people.

According to reports, Deputy Willie Barnes arrested Jonathan Clemons, 24, of Northwest 12th Avenue, Chiefland, for possession of marijuana less than 20 grams and tampering with evidence after a search of the car in which he was riding.
