The Levy County Sheriff’s Office reports the following arrests:

Jan. 28, Roger Paul Brown, 51, Morriston, simple assault on officer, firefighter or EMT, obstruction W/OV. Bond $5,000.

Jan. 31, William Michael Carryer, 18, possession of marijuana, petit theft. Bond $2,500.

Jan. 28, Kelly Michelle Colson, two counts burglary, three counts grand theft and petit theft. Bond $165,000.

Jan. 30, Javier Damaso, 28, Williston, DWLS, possession of controlled substance without a prescription. Bond $2,500.

Two Williston store clerks were arrested last Friday after agents from the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco and the Williston Police Department conducted an undercover operation in the city limits to ensure convenience stores were complying with Florida laws and not selling alcoholic beverages to underage people.

The Levy County Sheriff’s Office reports the following arrests:

Jan. 16, Tammy Lee Anderson, 29, Bowling Green, FTA. Bond $1,000.

Jan. 14, Joshua Baldenegro, 23, Chiefland, two counts FTA. Bond $7,000.

Jan. 18, Alisha Marie Braswell, 28, Chiefland, three counts VOP.

Jan. 18, Brian Anthony Brown, 40, Archer, battery, obstruction W/OV. Bond $2,000.

Jan. 17, Jason Lee Bucher, 25, Morriston, lewd and lascivious behavior conduct by person 18 or older. Bond $100,000.

The following people were sentenced in Levy County courts during July.
Wayne Lyle Allman, battery with two prior convictions, 270 days with credit for 66 days served. Must pay civil judgment and jail fund.
Cody Wayne Andrews, dealing in stolen property and larceny between $300-$5,000, pre-trial intervention program.
Melissa Bell, VOP possession of controlled substance without prescription, probation revoked, 160 days with credit for 147 days. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund, VOP costs.
