The Levy County Sheriff’s Office reports the following arrests:

July 20, Terry Lee Arnold, 38, Inglis, DWLSR. Bond $1,000.

July 28, Debbie Lynn Barfield, 57, Williston, DWLSR. Bond $1,000.

July 22, Rebecca Ann Blackerby, 24, Bronson, DWLSR. Bond $500.

July 23, Carl Thomas Butler, 38, Old Town, driving on permanently revoked driver’s license, out of county warrant. Bond $3,350.

July 18, Julio Callazo, 31, Inglis, domestic battery by strangulation. Bond $50,000.

The Levy County Sheriff’s Office reports the following arrests:
July 14, James Gordon Ballengee, 46, Chiefland, failure to remit sales tax, refusal to pay or file return. Bond $5,000.
July 15, William Douglas Birchfield, 54, Williston, possession of ammo by a convicted Florida felon. Bond $75,000.
July 13, Terry Leon Byrd, 48, Immokalee, DWLSR. Bond $500.
July 11, Peter Clark, 29, Gainesville, home invasion with firearm, no firearm or weapon, aggravated battery, grand theft, introduce into detention facility. Bond $425,000.

The last man to be sentenced in the armed home invasion of a residence outside Williston in February was given a total of 10 years time as arranged with the state attorney’s office.

Hillary Henderson, 20, of Chiefland, who pleaded to a charge of armed home invasion and being a convicted felon in possession of a gun, was given seven years in prison on the first charge to be served after serving a minimum 3 years on the gun charge.

Levy County courts handed down the following dispositions in March:
Tonya Boyatt, fraud and grand theft, 24 months with credit for 46 days served on each; VOP on dealing in stolen property, probation revoked, 24 months with credit for 104 days served, served concurrently. Must pay civil judgment and $926.65 restitution.
Alvin Curtis Brooks, VOP on three counts of sex offense against a child, reinstate probation, 180 days with credit for 53 days served, served concurrently. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund and VOP costs.
