Williston High School Class of 2000’s 10-Year Reunion is set for Friday, May 28 at the Holiday Inn & Suites, Ocala from 7-11p.m. Tickets are now on sale. $25 per person/$45 per couple. Please include classmate name and name of spouse/guest.

Battle of the Bands

There will be a Battle of the Bands at Goethe Trailhead Ranch April 24. A $10 donation per person is requested at the gate. Band deadline is April 10.

The annual “Catchin’ a Cure for Cancer” tournament is scheduled for April 24 at the Wacassassa Fishing Club.

The Friends of the Williston Public Library will present the March program March 18 at 7 p.m. at the library.

The retired principal of local schools, Reggie Williams, will show slides of his daughter's wedding in Africa.

Easter Egg Hunt

Williston Rotary Club will host its annual Easter Egg hunt Saturday, March 20 beginning at 11 a.m. at John Henry Park.

Food Fest

The Bronson FFA Alumni will host its Eighth Annual Food Fest March 5 at the First Baptist Church in Bronson.

Entertainment, starring Jack Screws and the Sunday Dinner Band, begins at 5:30 p.m. and dinner, featuring venison, sausage, pork, chowder, gumbo and fish with the trimmings begins at 6 p.m.

Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door.
