WMS put on lockdown

On Nov.13, about 3:15 p.m., a school faculty member observed an individual in the woods adjacent to Williston Middle School armed with a gun. As a safety precaution the school implemented its lockdown procedures.

There were no threats made to the students, school faculty or administrators. School officials took all necessary steps to provide a safe and secure environment.
