Tracy A. Kennedy, 22, of Old Town, charged with possession of cocaine and paraphernalia after she was spotted by a Williston Police officer in the area of Northeast 13th Street. Total bond, $2,500.

Rebecca M. Taylor, 24, of Gainesville, was charged with possession of crack cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia after she was spotted by a Williston Police officer in the area of Northeast 13th Street.

Patricia Armstrong Rutlin, 54, of Williston Arms, was charged with retail theft after the manager of Family Dollar reported he saw her take two nightgowns worth $16.05. Total bond $1,000.

Gregory D. Hines, 28, of Williston Arms, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, two counts, after his apartment was searched during an investigation of a burglary at an apartment complex.

Michael Patrick Nugent, 50, of Southeast 28th Street, Morriston, was charged with driving while license suspended or revoked after he was stopped for driving down the center turn lane. A check showed his license had been suspended nine times since 1999.

Glen Wilson Troy, 51, of Northeast 51st Street, Williston, was arrested under a Marion County warrant for aggravated assault with a firearm.
