The Williston Police Department has announced the following arrests:

Seth Aaron Schneider, 25, of Ocala, was charged with possession of cannabis less than 20 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tiffany K. Sams, 28, of Southeast 10th Street, Williston, was accused of domestic battery and felony battery, giving false information of a crime and aggravated battery with a weapon.

Jose Ovidio Dubon Castro, 35, of Trenton, was charged with no driver’s license after being stopped for speeding in a school zone. His only identification was a passport from Honduras.

John W. Nelson, 36, of Northeast 180th Avenue, Williston was charged with violation of a protection order.

Sandra K. Torres, 51, of Northwest 192nd Place, Williston, was arrested on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Total bond $20,000.

Colin Ingersoll, 18, of Williston, was arrested for possession of marijuana less than 20 grams after an officer spotted his car parked in a wooded area. Also arrested on the misdemeanor charge was a local juvenile.

Marvin Garcia, 20, of Northeast 2nd Street, Williston, was charged with no valid driver’s license and resisting without violence after the vehicle he was driving was stopped for having no tail lights, after which he ran from officers and was apprehended a short distance away.

Kent J. McGee, 24, of Northwest 130th Street, Williston, was charged with disorderly conduct and possession of marijuana after police were called to a residence where he was yelling at the occupants.
