A young man walking down the street with a paintball gun was arrested for burglary by the Williston Police Department, and a day later the resident of the burglarized home was arrested for possession of stolen property.
On Dec. 3, an animal control officer notified city police about two white males carrying a paintball gun walking down Northeast First Avenue. One of the suspects, identified as Duncan R. Anderson, 18, of Northwest 160th Avenue, allegedly told officers he had taken three paintball guns from 118 N.E. First Ave.
