The Williston Police Department has announced the following arrests:
Roy T. Rutlin, 45, of Southeast Fourth Drive, Williston, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor, and was also arrested on a felony warrant from Levy County for forgery, fraud (false name to law enforcement officer), driving while licenses suspended or revoked as a habitual traffic offender.
Gallardo Luis Pastrana, 32, of Southeast Fifth Terrace, Williston, was arrested for battery and resisting without violence, both misdemeanors, after police investigated a complaint of him striking his roommate.
Matthew Cory Edmundson, 28, of Northeast 30th Street, Williston, was charged with driving while license suspended or revoked. It had been suspended six times for failure to pay fines.
Kathy J. Juli, 56, of Southeast Highway 41, Morriston, was charged with DUI after being stopped on State Road 41 South.
Ronald G. Wesley, 52, of Northeast 40th Place, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after allegedly being found with a crack pipe by an officer on foot patrol.
William A. Meeks, 18, of Southeast Ninth Street, Williston was arrested on three felony warrants for possession of controlled substance and sale of controlled substance, one warrant for within 1,000 feet of a school.
Jonathan Daniel McKnight, 35, of Perry, was charged with driving while license suspended or revoked and obstruction by a disguised person for giving a false name, after being stopped for speeding through the east school zone.
Kevin Jeron Woodard, 24, of Southeast 114th Place, Archer, was charged with felony grand theft and felony dealing in stolen property after he allegedly reached over the counter and stole lottery tickets at one convenience store then cashed in winners at another store.
