The city of Williston will celebrate Independence Day Tuesday, July 3 starting with the Made in America parade at 5 p.m.
This year’s grand marshal is Mimi Hale, owner of the Ivy House.
Following the parade, the gates at Horseman’s Park will open at 6 p.m. with the opening ceremony at 7 p.m.
JROTC members will serve as parking attendants and ask for a $2 donation.
There will be food, rides, vendors and musical entertainment from local performers, including Javier Hernandez. The main attraction again this year is Ocala’s Shane Wooten.
