Levy County voters will have lots of choices come next Tuesday when the state primary gets under way when the polls open at 7 a.m.

Local county races that will choose a nominee Tuesday include the sheriff, county commission districts 1 and 3 and supervisor of elections. Non-partisan races include school board district 2 and the county judge. The supervisor of elections post will be decided Tuesday since there is no Democrat challenger for the general election in November.
