The Friends of the Williston Library will feature a dance program from Gainesville to celebrate Black History Month in February. The African Cultural dance ensemble, directed by Femi Kako Addie, will appear at 7 p.m. in the library on Thursday, Feb. 19.
Femi also plays drums along with Robert Glaser to effect the beat for the dancers, who are Queen Chiku-Ngozi and Yetunde.
The event is free and open to the public. Reservations are not necessary.
