Health issues discussed
The Levy County Health Department met Jan. 31 with 45 community members and agencies to discuss health issues in Levy County. We decided on strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to our public health system and identified potential strategic issues to improve the health of our citizens.
Community members are invited to participate in identifying strategic issues and action steps to solve these problems.
We would like to see the community represented so that the strategic plan created will reflect the county's needs.
The next strategic planning meeting will be March 27, from 6-8 p.m. at Bronson High School.
Please call 486-3405 to RSVP or for any questions you may have.
