Suspect 'looking for work' at 4 a.m.

On Feb. 28, Wesley Leon Lindsey of Southwest 73rd St. Road, Ocala, was arrested on a Marion County warrant. During the arrest the defendant resisted arrest with violence and fought two Levy County deputies.

At 3:51 A.M. the Levy County Sheriff's Office Communication Center received a call at 5251 N.E. 140th Court in reference to a suspicious vehicle in the driveway. The caller stated that the dogs were barking at a white male walking in front of the residence.
