It’s time again for politician wannabes to come forward and test the waters, as the city of Williston will hold a special election Sept. 25 to fill in the unexpired term of former Councilor Jerry Robinson who resigned last month for personal reasons.
At its regular meeting Tuesday night, the council members called for the election and set the date for Sept. 25.
Qualifying for the post will begin at noon Sept. 10 and close at noon Sept. 14 for Robinson’s seat that expires in April 2013.
