Smuggling beer in pants brings shoplifting arrest

The Levy County Sheriff’s Office has listed the following arrests:

James Powell, 32, of Northeast 100th Street, Bronson, was charged with retail theft after he was allegedly caught trying to smuggle beer out of IGA in his pants.

Christina L. Haven, 29, of Jacksonville, was charged with disorderly intoxication after she refused to stop screaming in the parking lot of the Dawg House Bar.

DOMESTIC ARRESTS

Richard V. Harris, 23, of Northeast 134th Court, Williston, was accused of domestic battery after an incident at his home in which he allegedly punched a woman in the face and then allegedly hitting her two more times on the ground.

Walter F. Bell Jr., 40, of Southeast 3rd Street, Williston, was accused of domestic battery after an incident in his home in which a 1-year-old girl was present.

Donald Parker, 15, of Southeast 195th Court, Morriston, was accused of felony battery/domestic violence after an incident at his home in which he pushed the victim.

WARRANT ARRESTS

John W. Stevenson, 34, of Northeast 54th Place, Williston, was arrested on a Levy County warrant for violation of probation, battery.

Allyson Joan Erwin, 18, of Largo, turned herself in on a Levy County warrant for possession of marijuana, less than 20 grams. Bond $5,000.

Holly Elizabeth Clemons, 38, of Southeast 5th Street, Williston, was arrested on a Levy County warrant for neglecting a child without great harm. Bond $10,000.

Alexander Reed Clary, 50, of Southeast 180th Avenue, Morriston, was arrested on an Alachua County warrant for violation of probation, petit larceny.

Antonio Deshae Wiggins, 26, of Pine Street, Bronson, was arrested on a Gilchrist County warrant for possession of controlled substance and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school. Total bond $30,000.

Nicole Marie Pratt, 25, of Northeast 108th Avenue, Bronson, was arrested on an Alachua County warrant for failure to appear, fraud, insufficient funds, two counts, Total bond $4,000. She was also arrested on four Levy County warrants for fraud, insufficient funds. Release on own recognizance on Levy County charges.

Earle J. Robbins III, 23, of Old Town, was arrested on Levy County warrants for burglary of a dwelling, larceny theft more than $300 under $5,000, and larceny third degree. Total bond $20,000.

Francisco Morales, 45, of Northeast Highway 27, Bronson, was arrested on an Alachua County warrant for DUI, serious bodily injury, DUI first offense, DUI and damage to property, driving while license suspended or revoked. Total bond $45,000.

Shannon W. Cory, 36, of Largo, was arrested on a Levy County warrant for driving a commercial vehicle without a CDL. Bond $1,000.

Aaron Annison Strong, 30, of Southwest 2nd Court, Chiefland, writ of bodily attachment out of Alachua County with a $2,000 cash purge.

Paul O’Hara Jr., 23, of Cross City, was arrested on a Levy County warrant for violation of probation, petit theft.
