The following persons were sentenced, found not guilty or the case nolle pros –dropped–in the Criminal Division of the 8th Circuit Court in Levy County. The information is taken from public records.

Deana M. Anderson, VOP on forgery, passing a forged bill or note, larceny by theft between #300 and $5,000, reinstate probation, jailed until bed becomes available in treatment center and successfully complete program.
Lawrence James Anderson, fraud and larceny by theft between $300 and $5,000, 12 months probation on each, served concurrently. Must pay jail fee, civil judgement and $411 restitution.
Adam Bolden, aggravated battery and obstruction of justice by harassing victim or informant, fleeing or eluding officers at high speed, driving with suspended license, possession of cocaine and possession of paraphernalia, nolle pros; possession and sale of cocaine, 24 months with credit for 44 days served, served concurrently. Must pay civil judgement.
Crystal Elaine Braswell, leaving the scene of an accident, nolle pros; driving with suspended license, 5 days with credit for 5 days served; hit and run, 24 months probation. Must pay civil judgement.
Eric Crandall, two counts of possession of controlled substance without a prescription and two counts of sale of a controlled substance, 15 months with credit for 122 days served on each, served concurrently. Must pay civil judgement.
Aja A. Hammonds, VOP  on larceny by theft between $300 and $5,000, fraud by uttering and forgery of public record, reinstate probation. Must pay civil judgement.

Gregory D. Hines, two counts of possession of controlled substance without a prescription, 90 days with credit for 13 days served on each, served concurrently. Must pay civil judgement.

Todd Matthew Johnson, driving while license revoked for habitual offender, 92 days with credit for 92 days served.

Michael Raymond Keller, dealing in stolen property, 180 days with credit for 105 days served. Must pay civil judgement.

Kaylie Ann Lancaster, possession of less than 20 grams marijuana and paraphernalia, 5 days with credit for 5 days served on each; possession of controlled substance without a prescription, 12 months probation, all served concurrently. Must pay civil judgement.

Justin A. Lentini, aggravated assault with deadly weapon without intent to kill, 24 months with credit for 81 days served; reckless driving, first offense, 81 days with credit for 81 days served. Must pay civil judgement.

Michelle Lee McNeal, VOP on two counts of forgery, two counts of passing a forged document, burglary, probation revoked, 1 year 7 days with credit for 178 days served on each, served concurrently. Must pay costs and civil judgement.

Demetrius Antwan Moore, possession of more than 20 grams marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver, 120 days with credit for 120 days served, 24 months probation on each, served concurrently.

Derek Allen Norris, forgery by altering a prescription, 60 days with credit for 60 days served; driving with suspended license, and fleeing an officer in a vehicle,  180 days with credit for 100 days served on each, served concurrently. Must pay civil judgement.

Vincent Donnell Peterson, carjacking changed to grand theft, 15 years with credit for 160 days served; fleeing officers at high speed, 12 years with credit for 160 days served; driving with revoked license as habitual offender, 5 years with credit for 160 days; battery changed to felony battery, 5 years, all served concurrently. Must pay jail fee and civil judgement.

Bridgette Lee Pipkin, purchase of synthetic narcotic, 12 months probation.

Stephen Daniel Pollard, trafficking in over 28 grams cocaine changed to possession, two counts of possession of cocaine, sale of cocaine  and two counts of driving while license revoked for habitual traffic offenses, , 48 months with credit for 90 days served on each; resisting arrest without violence, possession of less than 20 grams marijuana and possession of paraphernalia, 90 days with credit for 90 days served; all served concurrently. Must pay civil judgement.

Crystal Merline Porter, fraud by uttering a false instrument and larceny by theft between $300 and $5,000, 12 months probation on each, served concurrently. Must pay jail fund, civil judgement and $411.81 restitution.

Gregory Scott Renna, VOP on battery, probation revoked, 270 days with credit for 22 days served. Must pay civil judgement and unpaid costs.

Jose Manuel Sambo-Serra, aggravated assault, nolle pros; battery, 12 months probation; fraud by false statement to obtain benefits, 24 months probation; all served concurrently; 100 hours community service. Must pay civil judgement.

Melanie R. Sawyer, VOP on petit larceny between $100 and $300, probation revoked, 31 days with credit for 31 days served;  and VOP on possession of controlled substance without a prescription, probation revoked, 30 months with credit for 31 days. Must pay civil judgement and unpaid costs.

Tamala Bass Schantz, VOP on dealing in stolen property, burglary, larceny by theft between $300 and $5,000, fraud by impersonation and passing a forged document, probation reinstated, 100 days with credit for 75 days served. Must pay civil judgement.

Raymond Shelton Shiver, burglary, nolle pros; petit larceny second conviction, 10 days with credit for 10 days served; two counts of dealing in stolen property, 24 months probation on each, 100 hours community service. Must pay $611 cost of investigation and $500 restitution.
William Shipp, VOP on two counts of assault, probation revoked, 60 days with credit for 60 days served.
William Wesley Sims, battery while detained in jail or prison, 1 year 1 week with credit for 63 days. Must pay civil judgement.

Mandy Joanne Tozzo, VOP on driving while license suspended or revoked, probation revoked, 96 days with credit for 96 days served; 4 counts of forgery by altering a public record, probation revoked, 270 days with credit for 96 days served. Must pay civil judgement.

Nathan Everett Turner, marijuana possession less than 20 grams, 19 days with credit for 19 days served; possession of controlled substance withut prescription, 24 months probation, 50 hours community service; possession of controlled substance without prescription, nolle pros.

Mario Antonio Watkins, cocaine possession with intent to sell, manufacture, or deliver, 30 months with credit for 117 days served; resisting arrest without violence, 117 days with credit for 117 days served; all served concurrently. Must pay civil judgement and jail fund.
Leon Bernard Wiggins, two counts petit larceny, third or subsequent conviction, nolle pros; property damage between $200 and $1,000, 169 days with credit for 169 days served; burglary and larceny by theft between $300 and $5,000, 5 years with credit for 169 days served on each, served consecutively. Must pay civil judgement and $500 restitution.
Harold E. Wilson, kidnapping or false imprisonment of an adult, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, battery and possession of less than 20 grams marijuana, nolle pros; aggravated assault with deadly weapon without intent to kill, 3 years minimum mandatory with credit for 109 days served; battery, 109 days with credit for 109 days served; served concurrently. Must pay civil judgement.
