The skill and athleticism is there, and Halloween is over, but something seems to always haunt the Williston Red Devils when they take on the Dixie County Bears.
This year was no different, as the Red Devils fought back to answer the Bears in the first half to tie the game at 7-7 in the first quarter on a Brandon Preston 36-yard touchdown run.
As the second quarter got under way, both teams stopped themselves with turnovers and penalties. The Bears were whistled for 4 face mask penalties in the tightly contested and hard hitting first half.
