Mayor:     R. Gerald Hethcoat

Group B:   Elihu  R. Ross

Group D:   Mike Shoemaker
                     Charles Goodman

Group E:   Jason S. Cason

Therefore there is one contest and that is for "Group D"  between  Shoemaker (Incumbent) and  Goodman.
