Carla Groleau, community relations manager for the utility, told Williston Rotarians Tuesday that there has been a shift in scheduling but the company is hoping for a realignment early in the new year.
The combined operating license, issued by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, is next on Progress Energy’s scheduled timeline, she said.
