No city manager yet

The interviews have been complete for two weeks now, but the Williston City Council is not rushing to hire a new city manager.
Only two agenda items were on last week’s pre-Thanksgiving meeting and one was the city manager selection process.
Council has contracted with Hunter Investigations to conduct background checks on the applicants.
Francis Hunter, the investigator presented the council with summaries from his findings prior to the Nov. 20 meeting, but that wasn’t enough for several councilmen.
