Morriston man sought for theft; arrest made in Ace case

The Williston Police Department is seeking information on locating a Morriston man who may have passed forged checks Between March 31 and April 25.

According to Police Chief Dennis Strow, Angelo V. Leto Jr., 47, of Morriston is wanted on six counts of forgery, six counts of uttering a forged instrument, six counts of grand theft, six counts of petit theft and a count of  theft.

The investigation began April 25 when officers from the Williston Police Department responded to Myhree Motors located at 20 South Main St.  in reference to a theft.
