Man arrested for 72nd time

Twelve people have been arrested on drug charges in Williston, including one man with 72 arrests on his record and a second man with 31 arrests on his record - including failure to appear on in court on four drug charges.

The arrests by the Levy County Sheriff's Office and the County Drug Task Force this month are for offenses dating as far back as April.

The sales, using a confidential source, were all taped, according to the arrest reports. All of the substances purchased field-tested positive for crack cocaine, powder cocaine or marijuana, according to the sheriff's report.

Tracie T. Thompson, 43, Northeast 208th Terrace, Williston, charged with two counts of possession of crack cocaine and two counts of sale of crack cocaine on June 23. The report says he sold three pieces of crack cocaine weighing 0.2 gram for $40. An hour later, a report says, he sold another three pieces weighing 0.3 gram for $40. Thompson was arrested Aug. 9 at his residence. Thompson's bond is $100,000.

This is his 72nd arrest, according to a note on the First Appearance Order setting his bail.

Aaron B. "Ace" McKnight, 35, Northeast 40th Street, Williston, charged with possession of crack cocaine and sale of crack cocaine within 1,000 feet of a school - Williston Middle School. The report says he sold two pieces of crack cocaine weighing 0.2 gram on March 28 for $40. He was arrested on Aug. 11 at the Levy County Jail. Bond is $40,000.

This is McKnight's 32nd arrest, according to the First Appearance Order setting his bail.

Freddie Lee "8 Toes" Taylor, 58, Northeast 208th Terrace, charged with possession of crack cocaine and sale of crack cocaine. The report says he sold three pieces of crack weighing 0.2 gram for $40 on April 22. He was arrested Aug. 9 at his residence. Bond is $25.000.

Anthony Brett Williams, 25, Northeast 5th Street, Williston, charged with two counts of possession of cocaine and two counts of sale of cocaine. He is also known as "Sage" or "Scarface." The reports say he sold two pieces of crack weighing 0.2 gram for $20 on May 29, and two pieces of crack cocaine weighing 0.2 gram for $40 on June 4. He was arrested on Northeast 40th Street on Aug. 8. Bail is $87,500.

Harold Eugene Brown, 58, Northeast 208th Terrace, charged with possession of crack cocaine, sale of crack cocaine, possession of marijuana and tampering with evidence. He is also known as "Pooky" or "Jack." The reports say he sold three pieces of crack weighing 0.3 grams for $50 on June 23, and that when officers went to his apartment house on Aug. 9 to arrest another person he was observed getting out of a chair and dropping a plastic bag of a substance that later field tested positive for marijuana. He was arrested that day at his residence. Bail is $72,500.

Decoda "Coda" Kadarrell King, 21, Northeast 48th Place, Williston, charged with possession of powder cocaine, sale of powder cocaine, possession of marijuana and maintaining a drug dwelling. The report says he sold 0.7 gram of a powder that field-tested positive for cocaine for $60 on July 21 at his residence. Another report says a search warrant executed on Aug. 8 while King was not at home revealed a bag containing 2 grams of a substance that tested positive for marijuana and a plastic bag beside the porch that contained powder cocaine. He was arrested at his residence on Aug. 9. Bail is $16.000.

Patrick Bernard "PJ" Woodard, 22, Northeast 172nd Court, Williston, charged with three counts of possession of cocaine and three counts of sale of cocaine. The arrest report says a confidential source purchased five pieces of crack cocaine weighing 0.2 gram for $30 on May 14; 4 pieces of crack cocaine weighing 0.2 gram for $40 on June 4; and two pieces of crack cocaine weighing 0.2 gram for $40 on May 20. He was arrested on Aug. 11. Bond is $45,000.

Krystal Diane "Kris" Wilcox, 45, Northeast 40th Street, Williston, charged with possession of cocaine, possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of powder cocaine, sale of powder cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining a drug dwelling. The arrest report says when a search warrant was served Aug.t 15 at her residence officers found 2 grams powder cocaine in a bathroom and 3 grams crack cocaine on a counter in the kitchen. A second arrest report said she sold 2.6 grams of powder cocaine for $150 on June 2. Bond is $72,000.

Carlos Demetrius "lose" McNeal, 25, Northeast 41st Street, Williston, charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, trafficking in cocaine, possession of crack cocaine, four counts of sale of crack cocaine, four counts of possession of cocaine,

According to the arrest report, at the time of his arrest on Aug. 15 at Wilcox's residence McNeal threw down a bag containing 28 grams of powder cocaine and crack cocaine and tried to flee. Other arrest reports say he sold five pieces of crack cocaine weighing 0.2 gram for $50 on April 8; one piece of crack cocaine weighing 4.2 grams for $250 on May 9, and 3 pieces of crack cocaine weighing 0.3 gram for $60 on April 22, and three pieces of crack cocaine weighing 0.2 gram for $30 on April 28. Bond is $405,000.

Eddie Daniel "Blow" Graham, 25, Southwest 16th Lane, Williston, charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, three counts of possession of crack cocaine, three counts of sale of crack cocaine, The sheriff's report says when a search warrant was served Aug. 15 at Wilcox's residence Graham had a red candy container under him with crack cocaine inside. Other sheriff's reports say Graham sold three pieces of crack cocaine weighing 0.2 gram for $30 on May 28; three bags of cocaine weighing 1 gram for $50 on May 28, and three pieces of crack cocaine weighing 0.3 gram for $50 on May 19. Bond is $220,000.

Ronnie L. "Ronnie P" Walker, 24, Northeast 40th Street, Williston, charged with possession of cocaine and sale of cocaine. According to the report Walker sold three pieces of crack cocaine weighing 0.1 gram for $50 on June 16. He was arrested on Aug. 15. Bond is $43,000.
