Levy courts hand down sentences

The following people were sentenced in Levy County courts during October 2012:
David Apling, VOP on possession and sale of controlled substance, revoke probation, 30 months with credit for 339 days served on each, served concurrently. Must pay VOP cost, civil judgment and jail fund.
Lloy Frances Balboni, VOP on possession of controlled substance, adjudication withheld, reinstate and modify probation. Must pay VOP cost, civil judgment and probation cost.
Deborah Booker, possession of forged notes or bills, and uttering, 36 months probation on each; petit theft, 42 days with credit for 42 days served, 100 hours community service; adjudication withheld on all; possession of forged notes or bills, uttering, possession of paraphernalia for storage, nolle pros.  Must pay civil judgment, jail fund, $930 restitution.
William Edward Carter Jr., VOP on convicted felon in possession of weapon and possession of controlled substance, reinstate and modify probation. Must pay VOP cost and civil judgment.
James Clayton Chavous, burglary, 36 months probation; criminal mischief under $200, nolle pros. Must pay probation cost, $598 restitution.
Earnest Clay Collins, driving while license revoked for habitual traffic offenses, no motor vehicle registration, 60 days with credit for 36 days served, served concurrently. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund, $500 fine.
Frederick Lamar Days, burglary, 1 year 1 week with credit for 31 days served; first offense petit larceny, 31 days with credit for 31 days served, served concurrently. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund and restitution.
Gerald Charles Dokes Jr. , aggravated battery on pregnant woman, nolle pros; felony battery resulting in great harm or disability and written threats to kill or do bodily injury, 5 years drug offender on each, anger management classes, complete Teen Challenge International. Must pay civil judgment, probation cost.
Timothy Ray Fields Jr., sex offense against child between 12-16 years age and offender 18 or older; 5 years with credit for 253 days served, 5 years sex offender probation; sex offense against child between 12-15 years age, 5 years with credit for 253 days served, 5 years sex offender probation; all served concurrently; sex offense against child between 12-15 years age, nolle pros; designated sex offender, no contact with minors under age 15. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund, probation cost.
Justin Wayne Fortner, battery with 2 prior convictions, changed to battery, 1 year probation, anger management classes. Must pay probation cost.
Roosevelt T.
