Levy courts hand down sentences

The following people were sentenced in Levy County courts in April and May 2012:

Claytin Ezrha Adams, larceny between $300-$5,000 and trespassing, 270 days with credit for 2 days served, on each, served concurrently. Must pay civil judgment and jail fund. 

Lloy Frances Balboni, possession of drug equipment and possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell, nolle pros; child abuse, 45 days with credit for 45 days served; possession of controlled substance without prescritption, adjudication withheld, 24 months drug offender probation. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund and probation cost.

Constance Elizabeth Bergey, VOP on fraud over $150, probation revoked, 87 days with credit for 87 days served, Must pay civil judgment and jail fund.

Danny Dewayne Boettner, VOP on concealing information to obtain prescription, probation revoked, 116 days with credit for 116 days served. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund and VOP cost. 

Linda A. Brown, sale of synthetic narcotic within 1,000 feet of prohibited place, changed to sale of controlled substance, drug trafficking changed to possession of controlled substance, 3 years with credit for 127 days served on each, served concurrently; sale of synthetic narcotic, drug trafficking and child neglect, nolle pros. Must pay civil judgment and jail fund. 

Cynthia K. Brownfield, larceny between $300-$5,000, adjudication withheld, 12 months probation. Must pay probation cost.

James Brian Brunelle Jr., VOP on possession of more than 20 grams marijuana, probation revoked, 270 days with credit for 81 days served. Mus pay civil judgment, jail fund and VOP cost. 

Dutin Carroll, VOP on cocaine possession, probation revoked, 12.225 months with credit for 120 days served, erved consecutive to grand theft sentence from Marion County. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund and VOP cost.

Linsey Ann Cowles, VOP on petit larceny first offense, probation revoked, 60 days with credit for 37 days served. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund and VOP cost.

Amanda Jean Douglas, two counts of VOP on fraud under $20,000 and larceny between $300-$5,000, reinstate probation, 93 days with credit for 93 days served on each, served concurrently. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund and VOP cost.

Wayne Joseph Drake Jr., criminal mischief, nolle pros; trespassing, 6 months administrative probation; grand theft damage over $1,000 changed to theft, 6 months with credit for 79 days served, served concurrently.   

Crystal Lynne Fagan, battery on officer, nolle pros; resisting an officer with violence changed to resisting without violence, 1 year probation and write apology to officers. Must pay probation cost.

James Lee Godwin, VOP on driving while license suspended on third or more conviction, probation revoked, 18 months with credit for 155 days served; VOP on DUI first offense, marijuana possession under 20 grams, refusing DUI test, probation revoked, 155 days with credit for 155 days served, all served concurrently. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund and VOP cost.

Matthew Goins, VOP on two counts of burglary, and one cout of larceny between $20,000-$100,000, probation revoked, 9.35 years with credit for 1,329 days served on each; VOP on larceny between $300-$5,000, probation revoked, 5 years with credit for 1,329 days served; served concurrently. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund and VOP cost. 

Frank Troy Kerce, fraud by swindle under $20,000 and vehicle theft, 5 years with credit for 43 days served on each served concurrently and consecutive to any active sentence. Must pay civil judgment and jail fund. 

Liane M. Lastra, VOP on sale of controlled substance and possession of synthetic narcotic with intent to sell, probation revoked, 1 year 7 days with credit for 165 days served on each, served concurrently. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund and VOP cost. 

Zachary E. Lawrence, VOP on arson, probation revoked, 30 months with credit for 178 days served, concurrent with any other sentence. Must pay VOP cost and jail fund.

Michael Scott McGowan, fraud to obtain unemployment compensation, 5 years probation. Must pay probation cost and $7,075 restitution.

Keyana Q. McIntyre, marijuana possession more than 20 grams, adjudication withheld, 12 months drug offender probation; possession of paraphernalia, 1 day with credit for 1 days served. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund and probation cost. 

Eric McVay, VOP grand theft, probation revoked, 18 months with credit for 189 days served. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund and VOP cost.

Luevell Andrew Mercer, disorderly conduct, nolle pros; posession of paraphernalia and cocaine possession, 180 days with credit for 2 days served, served concurrently. Must pay civil judgment and jail fund.

Marcus J.N. Miller, cocaine possession, 18 months with credit for 199 days served; possession of paraphernalia, nonmoving traffic violation while license suspended for second conviction and fraud by impersonation, 199 days with credit for 199 days served; all served concurrently. No motor vehicle registration and no driver license for motorcycle, nolle pros. Must pay civil judgment and jail fund.

Lewis Elbert Moore, DUI with property damage, 12 months probation, 30 days with credit for 2 days served, driver license suspended 6 months, 50 hours community service, 6 months Interlock device on vehicle; DUI and serious bodily injury to another vehicle, nolle pros. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund probation cost and $500 fine. 

Bruce C. Nichols, VOP on burglary and larceny between $300-$5,000, probation revoked, 270 days with credit for 32 days served on each, served concurrently. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund and VOP cost. 

Rachal Sara Parker, driving while license suspended second conviction, 12 months probation; fleeing or eluding while driving license revoked, adjudication withheld, 1 year probation, 50 hours community service. Must pay court cost, probation cost, $150 fine.

Kyle Andrew Paulk, cocaine possession within 1,000 feet of prohibited place changed to possession of controlled substance, 5 years drug offender probation. Must pay probation cost. 

Brandon Pickel, burglary and larceny between $300-$5,000, 4 years with credit for 28 days served, 2 years probation on each; convicted felon in possession of weapon, nolle pros; declared youthful offender. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund and cost of probation.

Leo Demetrius Rives, four counts of VOP on misbranded drugs sold in lieu of Schedules I-IV controlled substances, probation revoked, 36 months on each, served concurrently. Must pay civil judgment and VOP cost.

Kent Matthew Sexton, possession of controlled substance without prescription, 3 years drug offender probation and possesion of paraphernalia, 37 days with credit for 37 days served. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund, probation cost. 

Tracy James Smith, purchase of synthetic narcotic, and unlawful use of two-way communications device, 1 year 7 days with credit for 64 days served, served concurrently; possesion of controlled substance without prescription and possession of paraphernalia, nolle pros. Must pay civil judgment and jail fund.

Shawn Michael Sprott, fraud by utering, possession of forged note, fraud by swindle under $20,000 and possession of forged driver license, 24 months with credit for 164 days served on each. Must pay civil judgment and jail fund.

Lue’Cresia Deanna Stephens, VOP on burglary and larceny between $300-$5,000, probation revoked, 36 months drug offender probation. Must pay civil judgment and VOP cost.

Otis Thomas Jr., VOP on DUI first offense, probation revoked, 227 days with credit for 227 days served. Must pay civil judgment and jail fund.

Rollie Tillery, cocaine possession, 18 months drug offender probation; resisting arrest without violende, nolle pros. Must pay probation cost, can do community service at $8 per hour to pay court costs, minimum 10 hours per month. 

John L. Townsend III, VOP on aggravated battery, two counts fleeing officer at high speed, probation revoked, 125 months with credit for 214 days served on each. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund and VOP cost. 

Jesse Colton Walker, two counts of VOP on dealing in stolen property, probation revoked, 2 years drug offender community custody, 10 years drug offender probation. Must pay civil judgment, VOP cost and probation cost.

James Edwin White Sr. , DUI fourth offense, 1 year 7 days with credit for 2 days served, 3 years probation; refusal to submit to DUI test, 2 days with credit for 2 days served; vehicle impounded 90 days, license permanently revoked. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund, probation cost and $2,000 fine. 

Joseph Lee Wilcox II, cocaine possession, 180 days with credit for 98 days served, 12 months drug offender probation, marijuana possession less than 20 grams, 180 days with credit for 98 days served, served concurrently. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund and probation cost. 

Wanda Wright, battery, nolle pros; aggravated assault with deadly weapon changed to domestic battery, 1 year drug offense probation. Must pay civil judgment and probation cost.
