Levy County Sheriff's Reports

Jason Sandora, 26, Commisory Road, Otter Creek, charged with domestic battery of a person over 65 and battery. The sheriff's report says Sandora, a relative and a third person were drinking at his home when Sandora had a disagreement with the relative and pushed him to the floor. The third person tried to intervene and was punched by Sandora, according to the report. Bond is $7,500.

Wayne Carter Taylor, 57, Pine Street, Bronson, charged with domestic battery, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. The sheriff's report says the victim reported Taylor punched her in the mouth, pulled a gun, threatened to kill her and shot a round through the floor. Taylor told the deputy there was a dispute and he did fire the gun into the floor, according to the report. Bond is $28,500.

Ryan Patrick Murphy, 23, D.F. Griffin Road, Bartow, charged with six counts of failure to appear on charges of three counts of forgery of altering a bank bill and three counts of fraud by uttering a false bill; and violation of probation on the following charges: driving under the influence, two counts of possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a license suspended or revoked. No bond on the violation of probation charges and $30,000 bond on the forgery and fraud charges.

Jose Ruben Flores, 25, Northeast 69th Street, Bronson, charged with giving a fake name to an officer. The report says he gave the false name to an officer during an investigation into a runaway case involving a 12-year-old. Bond is $1,000.

John William Coburn Jr., 31, 77th Terrace, Pinellas Park, charged with driving with a suspended or revoked license and resisting arrest without violence. Bond is $2,500.

John F. Hillman III, 19, Northwest 77th Avenue, Chiefland, charged with two counts of animal cruelty. A caller tipped police that two dogs were left at a Northwest 105th Court residence without any food or water and a third dog was running loose. According to the report one dog was tied to a chain "it's bones were clearly visible. The dog was barely able to walk and was trying to bark. The dog appeared to be very malnourished." The report says the second dog was in a pen also "very skinny and had trouble walking." When the officer met with the dogs' owner, Hillman, he said "he hasn't had the money for food or gas" to go from where he was staying to his home to care for the dogs. Animal Services removed the dogs from the home.

Shawn Michael King, 23, East Main Street, Bronson, charged with driving without a license. Bond is $5,000.

WARRANT ARRESTS

Keith L. Gordon, 27, Northeast 144th Avenue, Williston, charged with two counts of worthless check in Levy County, one count of worthless check in Alachua County and one count of worthless check in Marion County. Bond is $2,350.

David Collins, 42, Horseshoe Beach, on writ of bodily attachment. Bond is $936.41.

Lloyd Roosa, 37, Northwest 90th Avenue, Chiefland, charged with carrying a concealed weapon. Bond is $10,000 and Roose is barred from possessing a firearm.

Cory Alan Haley, 21, Northeast 194th Street, Inglis, charged with no driver license, no vehicle registration, and violation of probation on a trespass charge. No bond.

William Anthony Dewey, 33, Eden Drive, Inverness, charged with driving with a suspended or revoked license. No bond.

William R. Sheppard, 31, Northwest 50th Avenue, Bell, charged with burglary of a structure or conveyance and three counts of petit theft. Bond is $40,000.

Mark Christopher Fortune, 35, Northeast 437th Avenue, Old Town, charged with aggravated battery using a deadly weapon. Bond is $15,000 and he is barred from the South Chevron in Chiefland.

Shavonte T. Johnson, 20, Northeast 208th Terrace, Williston, charged with no valid driver license. No bond.

Cantina Glover, 50, Northwest 157th Street, Trenton, charged with possession and sale of cocaine. No bond.

Cynthia Glover Brown, 50, Northwest 157th Street, Trenton, charged with possession of cocaine. No bond.

David Bill Little, 27, Trenton, charged with driving with a suspended or revoked license. Bond is $2,500.

Rollie Tillery, 53, Southwest 8th Court, Chiefland, charged with solicitation to purchase cocaine and tampering with evidence. Bond is $7,500.

Marvin L. Dunmore, 21, Chiefland, charged with disorderly conduct. No bond.

Stacy Donald-Horton, 25, Northwest 110th Street, Chiefland, charged with grand theft. No bond.

William Paul Griffin III, 22, Northeast 49th Lane, Williston, charged with failure to appear from Chiefland probation and parole office. No. bond.

James C. Pride, 32, Southeast 21st Place, Morriston, charged with driving with a suspended or revoked license from Broward County.
