The Levy County Sheriff’s Office has released information on the following arrests:

Eric B. Hudson, 31, of Northeast 74th Place, Bronson, accused of burglary of an occupied structure and two counts of battery.

According to the report, Hudson tried to force his way into the room of a woman at the Bronson Motel. He allegedly asked her how much money she wanted for sex, and she told him she wasn’t a prostitute and tried to close the door on him. He blocked the door with his foot and she began screaming. A nearby resident came to her aid and was allegedly struck by Hudson. After Hudson was told 911 had been called, he left on a bicycle, and was later picked up at his residence. He allegedly made statements that he was going to return to the man who helped the woman and “blow his head off,” according to the report. He also said he was going to return to his home in Miami in a few days.

He was arrested and held on $35,000 bond.

In other arrests:

Bautist Aquino Martin, 47, of Northeast 1st Street, Williston, was accused of possession of cannabis more than 20 grams and possession of cannabis with intent to distribute, both felonies. He allegedly purchased five pounds of cannabis from the Levy County Drug Task Force for $3,375. Total bond $10,000.

Vincent Donell Peterson, 48, of Northeast 185th Avenue, Williston, was charged with driving while license suspended or revoked. Bond $2,500.

William Daniel Lloyd Jr., 27, of Gainesville, was arrested on charges of grand theft and possession of stolen property after he allegedly stole a boat motor. Total bond $10,000.

Thomas J. Dunville, 59, of Fanning Springs, was charged with trespassing after he allegedly entered the residence of a woman without permission. Bond $1,000.

Robert L. Proctor, 45, of Northeast 6th Street, Williston, was accused of armed burglary with battery, battery on elderly, grand theft firearm, and assault on the elderly over age 65 after an incident on Southeast 42nd Place, Morriston. Proctor was accused of taking a shotgun from the victim, who had gotten it in a bedroom to defend himself. Total bond $5,500.

DOMESTIC ARRESTS

Melissa S. Pontes, 26, of Inglis, was accused of domestic battery after an incident at her home in which she allegedly threw household items at the victim. Two children ages 5 and 2 were present and were released to their grandfather. Total bond, $2,500.

Michael G. Haye, 55, of Northeast 111th Street, Bronson, was charged with violation of domestic injunction after an incident on 100th Street. Bond $25,000.

Joshua R. Pontes, 31, of Inglis, was accused of domestic battery after an incident at his home with two children present. Bond $2,500.

WARRANT ARRESTS

Lelland D. Nichols, 52, of Inglis, was arrested on a Citrus County writ of bodily attachment. Cash purge $3,160.

Jay Scott Williams, 21, of Old Town, was arrested on a Levy County warrant for failure to appear, driving while knowing license suspended or revoked. Bond $10,000.

Stephen Kevin Clarke, 40, of Interlachen, was arrested on a Levy County warrant for failure to appear, driving while knowing license was suspended or revoked. Bond $2,000.

Beverly E. Thomas, 32, of Southeast 7th Terrace, Chiefland, was arrested on a Levy County warrant for violation of probation, trespass on property, violation of probation, petit theft and violation of probation, battery. No bond.

Kendra E. McLain, 19, of Ocala, was arrested on a St. Johns County warrant for failure to appear for domestic battery. No bond.

Brandy Nicole Cornish, 19, of Old Town, was arrested on a Levy County warrant for fraudulent use of a credit card, petit theft and forgery. Total bond $8,500.

Amy A. Dillion, 34, Northeast 105th Avenue, Archer, arrested on Alachua warrant for hit and run. Bond $100.

Teresa Lynn Demar, 42, of Inglis, was arrested on a Levy County warrant for violation of probation aggravated child neglect. She allegedly violated probation by being in possession of a controlled substance, by failing to report to the community control officer and by not being at her approved residence in Largo during a check. No bond.
