The Levy County Sheriff’s Office has released information on the following arrests:
Raul Reynoso, 54, of Northwest 90th Avenue, Chiefland, was accused of possession of more than 20 grams, possession of cannabis with intent to distribute, maintaining a drug dwelling and possession of drug paraphernalia. The Levy County Drug Task Force and S.W.A.T. team executed a search warrant at his home after a confidential source allegedly bought illegal narcotics. Total bond, $21,000.
Armando Perez, 21, of Southeast 1st Avenue, Chiefland, was accused of possession of less than 20 grams of cannabis, sale of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining a drug dwelling. The Levy County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant after confidential informants allegedly made purchase of drugs at that location. Total bond $15,000.
Steve D. Rouse, 28, of Northwest 165th Street, Williston, was accused of driving while license suspended or revoked and possession of drug paraphernalia. A deputy stopped the car he was driving after becoming suspicious because the car was parked in a driveway backed in with only its parking lights on. No bond, pending a hearing.
Joshua W. Gonio, 25, of Northeast 50th Place, Williston, was charged with possession of marijuana less than 20 grams and possession of cocaine. He was a passenger in the car driven by Rouse. Total bond, $7,500.
Tony L. Hulon Jr., 16, of Northeast 106th Terrace, Bronson, was charged with burglary of a conveyance and theft after he allegedly took an iPod from a vehicle.
Christopher Wade Jones, 25, of Northwest 127th Place, Chiefland, was charged with driving without a license after a deputy ran a computer check on him while he was at a gas station. Released on own recognizance.
Jason I. Velasco, 33, of Northeast 5th Street, Williston, was accused of domestic battery after an incident at his home which included a fight over a firearm. Released on own recognizance.
Larry J. Johnson, 43, of Southeast 137th Court, Williston, was accused of battery / domestic violence after an incident at his home. Bond $5,000.
William Owens, 22, of Northwest 118th Lane, Chiefland, Levy County, violation of probation, lewd and lascivious battery. No bond.
John Herbert Wood, 41, of Northeast 92nd Avenue, Bronson, Levy County, battery - prior convictions third or subsequent offense. Bond $5,000.
Jack Smith, 39, of Northeast 126th Avenue, Williston, Levy County, violation of probation, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Released on own recognizance.
Billie Jo Laubach, 36, of Inglis, Levy County, violation of probation, burglary of an unoccupied structure and violation of probation, grand theft. No bond.
Gerald Lydell Donald, 42, of Northeast 38th Place, Williston, writ of bodily attachment, Levy County, $100 cash purge.
Paul O’Hara Jr., 23, of Cross City, Levy County, failure to appear, larceny, petit, first offense. No bond.
Merle J. Bruce, 56, of Kissimmee, Levy County, violation of probation, DUI. Released on own recognizance.
Shawna K. Laczko, 23, of Northeast 158th Court, Williston, Levy County, sale of cocaine, possession of cocaine, sale of marijuana and possession of marijuana. Turned herself in. Total bond $5,500.
Nevel Theron Thompson, 34, of Chiefland, Alachua County, domestic battery. Bond $2,000.
Tiffany Katara Sams, 28, of Southeast 10th Street, Williston, turned herself in, Alachua County, violation of probation, fraud failure to redeliver hired or leased property $300 or over. Released on own recognizance.
Brett Leighton, 39, of Archer, Levy County, violation of probation, battery, two counts. Total bond $10,000.
Craig Alfonza Brown, 36, of Northwest 35th Street, Williston, turned himself in, Levy County, failure to appear for change of plea, fail to register as required. Bond $15,000.
Ronald L. Griffin Jr., 24, of Reddick, Levy County, violation of probation, sale of cocaine, and violation of probation, possession of cocaine. No bond.
Shannon Javon Robinson, 18, of Northeast 7th Place, Bronson, order to take into custody, violation of probation aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, possession of weapon on school property.
