A disturbance on Northeast 62nd Lane in Bronson resulted in three arrests,including one juvenile.

According to Sheriff's reports, the altercation apparently started over some car keys, one woman was threatened with strangulation and the girl was accused of sticking a knife to the throat of one of the people.

Those arrested included Kisha Noemi Alicia, 12, felony domestic assault, misdemeanor resisting arrest without violence; Jose Manual Sambo-Serra, 36, felony domestic battery by strangulation and misdemeanor domestic violence battery; and Magdalia Alicea, 29, misdemeanor domestic violence battery and resisting arrest without violence.

Bond for the man was $8,500; bond for Magdalia Alicea was $6,000 and no bond amount was listed for the juvenile.

Two men were charged with disorderly intoxication after an incident outside the Dawg House Bar on U.S. 19 in Fanning Springs. Jerry Cecil Wilkes, 27, of Trenton, and David W. Strickland, 32, of Northwest 80th Avenue, Fanning Springs, each had bond set at $1,000.

Colleen Jane McKenney, 26, of Bronson, was charged with disorderly intoxication after an incident outside the Bear's Den in Fanning Springs. Bond $1,000.

Norman Hodge, 44, of Rosewood, was charged with criminal mischief after he allegedly forced a man who he said owed him money off the road. Bond $1000.

Jose Climaco, 31, of Northeast 110th Court, Williston, was accused of domestic assault after an incident at his home. Released on own recognizance.


Kendale Lewis Oliver, 19, of Northeast 133rd Terrace, Williston, Levy County violation of probation for battery of a pregnant female. Bond $5,000.

Rickey W. Ezell, 54, of Northwest 74th Avenue, Chiefland, writ of bodily attachment, cash purge of $1,660.

James Arnold Primous, 43, of Highway 335, Williston, Levy County, order to arrest and set bond, revocation of conditional release order, no bond.

Robert Allen Lusby, 50, of Ocala, Levy County, violation of probation, stalking, for violating conditions. No bond.

Benny Lee Stephens, 51, of Southeast 3rd Street, Chiefland, writ of bodily attachment from Alachua County, cash purge $1,160.

Michelle Ann Marotta, 41, of Inglis, four warrants from Georgia for sale of cocaine, arrested after failing to stop for a stop sign. Total bond $100,000.
