A Williston woman has been charged with four counts of forgery after she allegedly wrote checks on her son’s bank account.
Tina Marie Aldridge, 42, of Northeast 155th Terrace, Williston, was charged with writing checks for varying amounts and cashing them at a local convenience store.
She reportedly told officials she needed the money for Christmas.
Her total bond was $25,000. She was already on probation for grand theft, according to a report from the Levy County Sheriff’s Office.
Other arrests reported:
Richard F. Weatherholt, 22, of Southeast 4th Street, Williston, was charged with grand theft of a dog. He allegedly entered the property of a woman without permission and asked for money and cigarettes, but was refused. Moments later, the victim was unable to locate her 9-month-old bulldog terrier. Witnesses observed Weatherholt with the dog, and he told them the dog was given to him by the victim. A witness told the dog owner where the dog was and law enforcement was called. The defendant said the dog followed him home and he was going to return it. Bond for grand theft was set at $5,000.
Lacey Howard, 28, of East Main Street, Bronson, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and corruption by threat to a public servant. He was a passenger in a car stopped for having an expired registration and the deputy said he observed Howard throw a crack pipe out of the passenger window. He was arrested, and during the ride in the officer’s car allegedly threatened him. His total bond was $2,500.
Also arrested was Lucas Erwin Nordan, 28, of Northeast 100th Terrace, Archer, who was the driver of the vehicle and was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
James Devon Baker, 43, of Southeast 26th Avenue, Morriston, was charged with burglary of a dwelling and grand theft at a location on Northeast 66th Street. A stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer were taken. His total bond was $7,500.
Jerry Duncan, 59, of Bronson, and Rebecca Kay Foster, 36, of Northeast 101st Street, Archer, were arrested after an incident south of Williston. Duncan was charged with aggravated assault with a firearm, discharging a firearm in public and possession of a firearm/concealed weapon by a convicted felon. Foster was accused of battery. Bond for Duncan was set at $45,000, while bond for Foster was $3,500.
Freddie L. Brown, 57, of Northeast 150th Avenue, Williston, was accused of domestic battery after an incident at his home. Bond $3,500.
Raymond Dayton Jr., 27, of Northeast 126th Avenue, Williston, was accused of domestic battery by strangulation and preventing communication to law enforcement after an incident at his home. Total bond was $5,000.
Catherine Julia Hollifield, 58, of Northeast 50th Street, Bronson, was accused of domestic assault on a person over 66 years of age, after an incident at her home in which she used her cane to stop a victim from calling the Sheriff’s Office. Total bond $7,500.
Jay Martin Lance, 49, of Northwest 7th Boulevard, Williston, was accused of aggravated battery with a motor vehicle after an incident on the highway where he forced the victim off the road. Total Bond $20,000.
Timothy Davis, 49, of Northeast 12th Avenue, Trenton, was arrested on a Levy County warrant for failure to appear, violation of probation hearing, fleeing/eluding police high speed and failure to appear, violation of probation hearing, possession of cocaine. No bond.
Carolyn Garback, 38, of Northwest 167th Place, Trenton, was arrested on a Levy County warrant for violation of probation, fraudulent use of a person’s ID.
Ruby Marie Rocco, 20, of Northwest 105th Court, Chiefland, was arrested on a Levy County warrant for violation of probation, interference with custody. No bond.
Angela Annette Walton, 40, of Southeast 4th Street, Chiefland, was arrested on a Levy County warrant for violation of probation, possession of marijuana less than 20 grams and violation of probation, sale of marijuana. No bond.
Tracy Michelle Carbonaro, 28, of Newberry, was arrested on a Levy County warrant for violation of probation, grand theft motor vehicle and violation of probation, driving while license suspended or revoked. No bond.
Joseph N. Bowles Jr., 25, of Northeast 40th Street, Williston, was arrested on Levy County warrants for possession of cocaine and sale of cocaine. Total bond $30,000.
David Shane Clemons, 31, of Southeast 5th Street, Williston, was arrested on a Levy County order to arrest for resisting without violence. Bond $1,000.
Terry Lee Wood, 44, of Fanning Springs, was arrested on a Broward County warrant for violation of probation, possession of cocaine. No bond.
Richard Allen Wood, 23, of Bell, was arrested on Dixie County warrant for failure to appear, worthless check charges. Total bond $826.17.
James John Taylor, 18, of Northeast 74th Place, Bronson, was arrested on a Levy County warrant for violation of probation, battery, juvenile pickup order.
Francisco Javer Lara, 19, of Northeast 67th Place, Bronson, was arrested on a Levy County warrant for for violation of probation, battery. No bond.
Ronald Lee Speck, 38, of Northeast 24th Street, Williston, was arrested on a Levy County warrant for grand theft III. No bond.
Destiny M. Ortega, 32, of Northeast 30th Lane, Williston, was arrested on a Levy County warrant for violation of probation, petit theft. No bond.
