The Levy County Sheriff’s Office has announced the following arrests:

A Trenton man was charged with armed burglary of a dwelling, grand theft and grand theft auto.

Bryant L. Shaw, 42, was arrested after he returned to the scene of a burglary at a hunting cabin near Otter Creek about one mile north of State Road 24 in Gadsbay. He was detained by the victim. The truck he was driving had been stolen out of Dixie County. Total bond was $40,000.

Robert Allen Lusby, 50, of Ocala, was charged with violation of probation, stalking, after he was seen walking toward the victim, who had obtained a no-contact order. Bond was $10,000.

Christopher M. Perkins, 22, of Northeast 60th Street, Bronson, was charged with driving while knowing license was suspended or revoked after being stopped by a deputy who knew him. He was released on his own recognizance.

Michelle Louise VanHoose, 35, of Northeast 109th Street, Archer, was charged with battery, violation of probation, conspiracy to purchased meth, and disorderly intoxication after an incident when she was walking from a party on Hardee Street in Bronson. Total bond $22,000.

Sadie L. Hachman, 18, of Northeast 132nd Court, Williston, was charged with interference with custody after she allowed a juvenile runaway to stay with her and then allegedly lied to officers about his whereabouts. Total bond $3,500.

Terry L. Wood, 44, of Fanning Springs, was charged with driving while knowing license was suspended or revoked after he was stopped for speeding 62 mph in a 45 mph zone. Bond $2,000.

James S. Barthle, 36, of Jacksonville, was charged with criminal mischief and resisting without violence after an incident at a home on Northwest 55th Street in Chiefland. Total bond $1,000.

Heather E. Jones, 28, listed as homeless but living on Northeast 122nd Place in Bronson, was charged with driving while knowing license was suspended or revoked after being stopped for having an expired tag. Bond $1,500.

Lorne E. VanKauelaar, 36, of Northeast 51st Place, Williston, was charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription after being stopped for speeding. The deputy observed him throwing a white envelope out of the car. The envelope contained Xanax and Percocet. Bond $7,500.

Alberto Corona Carrillo, 45, of Southeast 4th Street, Chiefland, was charged with no driver’s license after being stopped for failure to maintain a single lane. All he could produce after being stopped was a Mexican identification card. Bond $500.

DOMESTIC ARRESTS

Xerxes Glen Smith, 31, of Northeast 134th Terrace, Bronson, was accused of domestic battery after an incident at his home.

Ronald L. Eyer, 55, of Yankeetown, was accused of domestic battery after an incident at his home. Bond $2,500.

Jonathan D. Eyer, 25, of Yankeetown, was accused of domestic battery and depriving use of 911 after an incident at his home. Released on own recognizance.

Victor Kelly, 31, of Winter Springs, was accused of domestic battery after an incident with his girlfriend in Yankeetown.

Patrick E. McAllister, 31, of Northeast 106th Court, Archer, was accused of domestic battery after an incident at the parking lot of Cole’s Four Corners. Released on own recognizance.

Victoria Swaggerty, 18, of Northeast 140th Court, Williston, was accused of aggravated domestic battery after allegedly biting the ear of her sister during an altercation. Bond $15,000.

James J. Taylor, 18, of Northeast 75th Street, Bronson, was accused of domestic battery after a disturbance at his home. Bond $2,500.

WARRANT ARRESTS

Jason J. McCray, 27, of Ocala, was arrested on a Levy County warrant for violation of probation, burglary of a dwelling, and violation of probation, grand theft. No bond.

Betty Ann Riley, 62, of Northeast 131st Place, Archer, was arrested on a Levy County warrant for DUI to serve sentence. No bond.

Adam E. O’Donnell, 20, of Northwest 70th Street, Chiefland, was arrested on a Levy County warrant for violation of probation, burglary and grand theft. Bond $15,000.
