The Levy County Sheriff’s Office reports the following arrests:

• March 26, Richard Acritelli, 70, Morrison, battery on person age 65 or older, petit theft.

• April 1, Jonathan Jay Ainsworoth, 25, Archer, battery. ROR.

• March 27, Marsha Ann Allen, 52, Chiefland, non-support of children or spouse. Bond $500.

• March 31, Sydney Leigh Allen, 19, Inglis, three counts FTA. Bond $4,500.

• March 28, Dante L. Austin, 23, Miami Gardens, DWLS. Bond $5,000.
