It was a REAL fair

Here's hoping that the Levy County Fair comes back next year. I missed a lot of it because I was on vacation, but I got to visit the event on Monday and really liked what I saw.

It was a good, old-fashioned midway, with games and rides and food, lots of food, including hot dogs, burgers, Italian sausage, pork sandwiches, cotton candy, popcorn, caramel apples, nachos, cheese sticks and ribbon fries, just to name a few.

There were some old familiar names in the games, particularly Skee-ball, bust-a-balloon, cork guns, go fishing.
