You can have a lot of fun on Northwest First Avenue these days, watching people perform what has become a forgotten art: parallel parking.

In its infinite wisdom, the city came along and authorized removal of all angle parking in front of the Williston Pioneer Sun News office and alongside City Hall. No action has been taken on the angle parking in front of the post office yet.

The first people to get those spaces can easily coast in, as long as the first car moves all the way up to the front and then the spaces are filled in behind them.
