Heather Porter signs with CFCC

Heather Porter knows what the next two years of her life will bring.

The Williston senior signed a softball scholarship with Central Florida Community College yesterday (Wednesday) at the WHS media center.

CFCC coach Kerri Ryskamp said she plans to use Porter as either an infielder or outfielder. "She can play anywhere," said the young coach who will be entering her second season next year, as she also praised the WHS senior's hitting.
