Listen, carefully. I'm a member of the Audubon Society. I believe in the protection of birds. That's why I'm deeply offended by the nickname, Bronson Eagles. I demand that it be changed.
Sound absurd? Of course it does. And I'm not really in the Audubon Society, although I did have a couple of parakeets when I was growing up.
Worrying about school nicknames is, to me, a waste of time. There are far more important things to be concerned about.
