Davis will not seek another term

Beth Davis, who has served on the Levy County School Board for 12 years, announced this week she will not seek re-election.
In a statement, Davis said,  “I would like to announce my intention not to run for re-election for the Levy County School Board, Dist. 2 position.
 “I want to thank the people of Levy County for allowing me to serve in this capacity for the past 12 years. I consider this experience an honor.
