Courts hand down sentences

 The following cases were disposed of by Levy County criminal court in the month of November. Nolle pros means the charge will not be prosecuted. 

Bryan Keith Baker, VOP on driving while license revoked for habitual traffic offenses, probation revoked, 364 days with credit for 77 days served. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund, VOP cost. 

Austin Lee Favata, VOP on possessing under 20 grams marijuana, possessing paraphernalia, probation terminated, 60 days with credit for 42 days served on each, served concurrently. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund. 

Mowrice Frazier, jury trial, guilty on all charges: 2 counts battery with 2 prior convictions, possessing cocaine, 36 months with credit for 150 days served on each; resisting arrest without violence, 150 days with credit for 150 days served. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund. 

Michael Deion Hartman, VOP on sex offense of child between 12-15 years old, probation revoked, 15 years with credit for 204 days served, suspended to 5 years sex offender probation. Must pay VOP, probation cost. 

Tamra Lynn Hutchinson, VOP on possessing controlled substance without prescription, adjudication withheld, probation revoked, 364 days with credit for 92 days, 364 days probation. Must pay probation cost, jail fund, civil judgment, VOP cost. 

Joseph Johnson, VOP on battery, probation revoked, 60 days with credit for 18 days served. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund, VOP cost. 

Shirley Rebecca King, VOP on possessing controlled substance without prescription, probation revoked, 270 days with credit for 41 days served, 270 day probation. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund, VOP cost. 

Jeffrey Earl Lashley, VOP on sexual battery victim over 12 years old, probation revoked, 15 years with credit for 384 days served. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund, VOP cost. 

Angelo Valentino Leto Jr. , 6 counts of forgery, 5 years with credit for 113 days served on each, served concurrently; 6 counts of fraud by uttering a false instrument, 5 years drug offender probation on each, served concurrently and consecutive to the forgery sentences; larceny between $300-$5,000, 5 years drug offender probation on each, served concurrently and consecutive to the fraud sentences; petit larceny first offense between $100-$300, 113 days with credit for 43 days served; 6 counts of petit larceny first offense,  60 days with credit for 60 days served. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund, probation cost. 

Lee Clarence Lewis Jr., possession of cocaine with intent to sell, selling cocaine within 1,000 feet of specified place changed to sale of controlled substance, 36 months with credit for 135 days served on each , served concurrently. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund. 

Eric L. Mellies, aggravated assault with intent to comit a felony, 180 days with credit for 161 days, 3 years probation. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund, probation cost. 

Monica Sue Miller, VOP on battery, probation revoked, 270 days with credit for 30 days served. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund, VOP cost. 

Christopher Neofotistos, child abuse, nolle pros; contributing to delinquency of minor, 1 year probation. Must pay probation cost.

Ian Evan Roe, resisting arrest without violence, possessing under 20 grams marijuana, possessing drug paraphernalia, 180 days with credit for 72 days served on each, served concurrently; possessing cocaine, nolle pros. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund. 

Takesia Valencia Scott, VOP on larceny between $300-$20,000, fraud impersonating a second-hand dealer, reinstate probation; dealing in stolen property, nolle pros. Must pay VOP, probation cost. 

Donald Jean Simmons Jr., VOP on larceny between $300-$5,000, probation revoked, 364 days with credit for 114 days, served concurrent with any other sentence. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund, VOP costs. 

Donette Nichole Skelly, possession of controlled substance, nolle pros; possessing drug paraphernalia, adjudication withheld, 52 days with credit for 52 days served, 1 year drug offender probation. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund, probation cost.
