Courts hand down May, June sentences

The following people were sentenced in Levy County courts during May and June:

Kimberly Carol Allen, larceny by theft between $300 and $5,000, 1 year 7 days with credit for 40 days served. Must pay civil judgment and jail fund.

Deana M. Anderson, VOP on forgery by altering public record, passing a forged instrument and larceny by theft between $300 and $5,000, probation revoked, 15 months with credit for 211 days on each, served concurrently. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund and violation costs.

Duncan Anderson, VOP on burglary, probation revoked, 6 years with credit for 539 days served; VOP on grand theft, 5 years with credit for 539 days served; served concurrently. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund and violation costs.

Jeffrey Steven Baggett, possession of cocaine, nolle pros; third conviction on driving while license suspended or revoked, 12 months drug offender probation.

Bryan Baker, burglary and battery, nolle pros; possession of less than 20 grams marijuana, 12 months drug offender probation, Must pay civil judgment.

Griagal Conell Barr, burglary, nolle pros; criminal mischief, 60 days with credit for 60 days served. Must pay civil judgment and jail fund.

Richard John Baumgardener, larceny by theft between $300 and $5,000, and possession of burglary tools, 270 days with credit for 96 days served, 24 months probation on each. Must pay Civil judgment, jail fund and $4,500 restitution.

Austin Berenguer, larceny by theft between $300 and $5,000, 5 years probation with no early restitution. Must pay civil judgment and $667.20 restitution.

Marcus Daine Bolden, possession, and sale of cocaine within 1,000 feet of specified area changed to sale, 18 months with credit for 51 days served on each, served concurrently. Must pay civil judgment and jail fund.

Jerry D. Boyd, VOP on felony battery, probation revoked and convicted felon in possession of firearm, 48 months with credit for 65 days served on each, served concurrently. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund and all violation costs.

Wanda Cabral Boyd, 2 count of sale of controlled substance, 2 counts of possession of synthetic narcotic with intent to sell or deliver,  and possession of cocaine, 18 months with credit for 63 days served. Must pay civil judgment and jail fund.

Francine Brandenburg, convicted felon in possession of firearm, 1 year probation. Must pay civil judgment.

Tamara Askew Brown, third or subsequent conviction on petit larceny, 5 years probation. Must pay civil judgment.

Jeffery Blake Browning, resisting an officer with violence, 18 months drug offender probation; disorderly intoxication, 41 days with credit for 41 days served.

James Brian Brunelle, possession of more than 20 grams marijuana, 180 days with credit for 103 days served and 24 months probation; possession of parahernalia and resisting arrest without violence, 180 days with credit for 103 days served on each. Must pay civil judgment and jail fund.

 

Karen Annette Carmichle, larceny by theft between $300 and $5,000, 1 year probation, 50 hours community service. Must pay civil judgment.

Danny Ray Clark, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, 1 year 7 days with credit for 186 days served and 36 months drug offender probation. Must pay civil judgment and jail fund.

Jeremy Wayne Clepper, aggravated battery changed to battery, 12 months probation.

Kevin Leon Crews, VOP on larceny by theft between $300 and $5,000, probation revoked, 5 years with credit for  21 days served; forgery by altering record or certificate, 2 years with credit for 21 days served; served consecutively. Must pay civil judgment, all costs and jail fund.

Jermaine Carl Curtis, driving while license revoked for habitual offender, nolle pros.

Michael Paul Davis, sale of controlled substance, and possession of opium or derivitative, 1 year 7 days with credit for 97 days on each. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund and $168.50 cost of investigation.

Vernon Handy Davis, dealing in stolen property, 5 years with credit for 91 days served. Must pay civil judgment and jail fund.

Amanda Michelle Douglas, VOP on larceny by theft between $300 and $5,000,  1 year 7 days with credit for 126 days served, 18 months drug offender probation; larceny by theft bwteeen $300 and $5,000, 1 year 7 days with credit for 84 days served and 18 months drug offender probation; and burglary, nolle pros, served concurrently. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund and violation costs.  days served

Ryan Lee Downey, VOP on felony battery, probation revoked, 24 months probation. Must pay civil judgment and violation costs.

Michelle Lynn Ducolon, VOP on 2 counts of possession of controlled substance without a prescription, 1 count of resisting an officer with violence, and 1 count possession of cocaine, probation revoked, 180 days with credit for 150 days served on each, all served concurrently. Must pay civil judgment and violation costs.

Christopher Loren Eckblad, larceny by theft between $300 and $5,000 changed to petit theft, 12 months probation; criminal mischief, 2 days with credit for 2 days served. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund and $350 restitution. 

Derek Lee Edenfield, VOP on larceny by theft between $300 and $5,000, probation revoked, 18 months with credit for 56 days served. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund and violation costs.

Michael Lamar Edmonds, third DUI, third or subsequent conviction on driving with suspended license, 24 months with credit for 145 days and 1 year probation on each; leaving the scene of an accident, 60 days with credit for 60 days served; refusal to submit to DUI test, 145 days with credit for 145 days served. Must attend DUI school, pay civil judgment, jail fund and $2,000 fine, license suspended 1 year, interlock on vehicle for 2 years. Must pay $1,000 restitution.

James D. Edwards, larceny by theft between $300 and $5,000, 24 months probation. Must pay civil judgment.

William Justin Ford, burglary, nolle pros; larceny between $300 and $5,000, 180 days with credit for 137 days served, 14 months probation. Must pay civil judgment and jail fund.

Ronald Earl Fox, jury trial, aggravated battery, not guilty; felony battery by repreat offender, guilty, 5 years with credit for 6 days served. Must pay civil judgment and jail fund.

 

Jerry Jasper Gore Jr., battery, 2 days with credit for 2 days served; intimidating witness, 24 months probation, served concurrently. Must take anger management course and pay civil judgment. 

 

Joseph Perry Hartin, driving while license suspended and possession of controlled substance without a prescription, 12 months drug offender program on each, served concurrently. Must pay civil judgment.

Henry Earl Haven, possession of more than 20 grams marijuana, 1 year probation; marijuana possession with intent to sell and keeping a shop for dangerous drugs, nolle pros. 

Kenyatta Daron Howard, jury trial, fleeing officer at high speed, resisting arrest without violence and reckless driving first offense, not guilty on all; and leaving scene of an accident, nolle pros.

 

Nicole M. Johnson, dealing in stolen property, nolle pros; dealing in stolen property, 18 onths probation. Must pay civil judgment, $1,000 cost of investigation.

 

William Charles Kearney, vehicle theft, 24 months with credit for 109 days served. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund and $1,0000 restitution.

Debra Lou Keyes, battery on a person 65 or older, 12 months probation. Must pay civil judgment.

 

Becky M. Langford, false statement to obtain unemployment compensation, 24 months probation. Must pay civil judgment and $3,744 restitution.

 

Justin Colby Manning, 2 counts of vehicle theft, 4 years with credit for 121 days served. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund and $1,500 restitution.

Daniel J. Marcinko, VOP on burglary and larceny by theft between $300 and $5,000, probation revoked, 1 year 7 days with credit for 24 days served on each.  Must pay civil judgment, jail fund and all costs of violation.

Gilberto Marin, larceny by theft between $300 and $5,000, dealing in stolen property, and vehicle theft, 1 year 7 days with credit for 106 days served on each; all served concurrently. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund and $1,011.68 restitution.

Ronald Chaney McBride, driving while license suspended, 241 days with credit for 241 days served; DUI third violation,  4 years with credit for 241 days served and 1 year probation; refusing to submit to DUI test, 60 days with credit for 60 days served; served concurrently. Driver license suspended 10 years, vehicle impounded 30 days and must use Interlock device for 2 years. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund and $2,000 fine. 

Hanford M. McPherson, vehicle theft, nolle pros; dealing in stolen property, 24 montyhs probation.  Must pay civil judgment.

Desiree Lenore Miller, selling opium or derivative within 1,000 feet of specified area changed to sale, and 3 years drug offender probation; three counts of marijuana possession with intent to sell changed to possession, marijuana distribution within 1,000 feet of specified area changed to marijuana distribution, 180 days with credit for 180 days served and 1 year probation on each; all served concurrently. Must pay civil judgment.

Brenda Lee Monroe, burglary and larceny by theft between $300 and $5,000, nolle pros; dealing in stolen property, 36 months drug offender probation. Must pay civil judgment and $1,000 cost of investigation.

Tyrone Lorenzo Monroe, convicted felon in possession of a firearm, 24 months probation. Must pay civil judgment.

Lonnie Lee Mozell, sales of cocaine within 1,000 feet of specified area, nolle pros; possession of cocaine, 180 days with credit for 56 days served. Must pay civil judgment and jail fund.

 

John Wayne Nelson, driving while license suspended and possession or killing of an alligator, 12 months probation on each; served concurrently. Must oay civil judgment, $400 fine.

 

Otis Evan Oliver, petit larceny first offense, 2 counts of fraud by uttering false instrument, petit larceny second conviction, nolle pros; two counts of forgery by altering public record, certificate, and two counts of fraud by impersonation, 36 months with credit for 78 days served on each, served concurrently. Must pay civil judgment and jail fund.

Charlie Jason Owens, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, 5 years probation; use of firearm under influence of alcohol and discharging firearm in public, nolle pros.

David Edward Pompeo, VOP on 2 counts burglary and 1 count of larceny by theft between $300 and $5,000, probation revoked, 58 days with credit for 58 days served. Must pay civil judgment and violation costs.

 

Kevin D. Renfroe, larceny by theft between $300 and $5,000 and dealing in stolen property, 120 days with credit for 2 days served and 24 months probation on each. Must pay civil judgment and jail fund.

Marvin Demetris Rim, VOP on 2 counts aggravated assault with deadly weapon, probation revoked, 5 years with credit for 387 days served on each, served consecutively. Must pay civil judgment and violation costs.

Rebecca Lee Roberson, larceny by theft between $300 and $5,000, 12 months probation.

Gustavo Rojas, 2 counts of burglary, 1 count of 3rd degree grand larceny between $100 and $300, 1 count of larceny by theft between $300 and $5,000, 5 years drug offender probation on each. Must pay civil judgment.

 

Tiffany Katara Sams, VOP on fraud by false statement to obtain unemployment compensation, probation reinstated, 24 days with credit for 24 days served, do 77 hours community service to pay restitution. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund and violation costs.

James Saucedo, chld abuse without great harm, 120 days with credit for 2 days served and 48 months probation; making a false report, 2 days with credit for 2 days served. Must pay civil judgment.

Henry Lloyd Sharp III, VOP on sexual offense against a child 12-18 years, probation revoked, 12 years with credit for 148 days served. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund and all violation costs.

James Wesley Short, trafficking in amphetamine or methamphetamine changed to possession with intent to sell, 6 years with credit for 2 days served, 2 years driver license suspension. Must pay civil judgment and jail fund.

David Ray Thrasher, VOP on two counts of possession of controlled substance without a prescription, two counts of sale of synthetic narcotic within 1,000 feet of specified area, probation revoked, 51 monthswith credit for 215 days served on each,. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund and all violation costs.

Alesha J. Turner, possession of controlled substance without a prescription, 18 months; possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia, 1 year probation on each. Must pay civil judgment.

 

Edward T. Urbanek, possession of burglary tools, 24 months with credit for 99 days served. Must pay civil judgment.

 

Jesse Colton Walker, 2 counts of dealing in stolen property, 10 years drug offender probation, served concurrently. Must pay civil judgment and $140 restitution.

Eddie L. Wesley, VOP on larceny by theft between $300 and 5,000, probation revoked, 3 years probation; fraud by uttering a false instrument, 38 days with credit for 38 days served; served concurrently. Must pay civil judgment and jail fund.
