Courts dole out sentences

The following people were sentenced in Levy County courts during May and June:

Kimberly Ann Alderman, aggravated negligent manslaughter of child changed to child neglect, 5 years probation. Must pay probation cost. 

Jesse Carroll Baggett, larceny between $300-$5,000 and dealing in stolen property, nolle pros; larceny between $300-$5,000, adjudication withheld 24 months probation. Can do community service for costs. Must pay probation cost. 

Joshua Benjamin Baldenegro, larceny between $300-$5,000, 180 days with credit for 91 days served; burglary, nolle pros. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund. 

Larry R. Bass, resisting officer with violence changed to resisting without violence, 2 months probation. Must pay probation cost, $100 fine. 

Robert Alan Bender, VOP on aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, probation revoked, 270 days with credit for 19 days served. Must pay VOP cost, civil judgment, jail fund. 

Debra Ann Blair, aggravated assault with deadly weapon without intent to kill, adjudication withheld, 3 years drug offender probation. Must pay probation costs.

Tiffani Samantha Boykin, driving while license revoked for habitual traffic offenses, adjudication withheld, 18 months probation; leaving the scene of an accident with more than $50 damage without giving information and attaching tag not assigned to vehicle, 1 day with credit for 1 days served, all served concurrently. Must pay probation cost. 

Frank Luther Buck, DUI and refusal to submit to DUI test, 12 months probation on each, license suspended 6 months, DUI school, 50 hours community service; possessing controlled substance without a prescription, nolle pros;; all served concurrently. Must oay probation cost, $500 fine. 

 

Stephanie Carlisle, VOP on resisting an office with violence, adjudication withheld, violation dismissed. 

Sonia Jean Carter, 2 counts of fraud by uttering, 1 count of larceny between $300 to $5,000, 270 days with credit for 38 days served, 2 years probation on each. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund, probation cost, $1,410 restitution. 

Timothy Lavaine Cobb, burglary, petit larceny 3rd or subsequent conviction and fraud by impersonation, nolle pros; petit larceny 3rd of subsequent conviction and larceny between $300-$5,000, 5 years with credit for 91 days served on each, served concurrently. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund.  

Kely Michelle Colson, burglary, 1st offense petit larceny and 2 counts of larceny between $300-$5,000, nolle pros; burglary and larceny between $300-$5,000, 4 years with credit for 101 days on each, served concurrently. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund. 

Steven A. Crosby, criminal mischief, 80 days with credit for 80 days served; burglary and 2 counts grand larceny between $100-$300,120 days with credit for 80 days served, 24 months probation on each, served concurrently. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund, probation cost.

 

Charles Henry Ellis, sexual assault by prson over 18 on victim under 12, nolle pros; sex offense against child under age 12 by offender 18 or older, 30 years with credit for 231 days served.Designated sexual predator. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund. 

David Gerald Evans, sex offense against child under 12 by person 18 or older, 30 years — with 25 years minimum mandatory, with credit for 203 days served, lifetime probation. Designated sexual predator. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund, probation cost. 

 

Nichole Michele Fain, larceny between $300-$5,000, adjudication withheld, 24 months probation, letter of apology, 50 hours community service; Must pay probation cost, can do community service to pay cost. 

Sean David Franzius, keeping a shop for dangerous drugs and VOP on 3 counts of larceny between $300-$5,000, probation revoked, 4 years with credit for 64 days served on each. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund, VOP cost. 

 

Davd Keith Hall, 2 counts of possessing controlled substance without a prescription and smuggling contraband into detention facility, 1 year 1 week with credit for 122 days served on each, served concurrently. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund.  

Arthur James Hammel, weapon possession by convicted felon, 6 months probation. Must pay probation cost. 

Travis Henry, VOP on sale of misbranded drugs, probation revoked, 120 days with credit for 40 days served. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund, VOP cost. 

 

Clifton Edward Johnson, resisting officer in recovery of stolen property, nolle pros; petit larceny third or subsequent conviction, 180 days with credit for 43 days served. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund. 

 

Krystal Leigh Land, possessing opium or derivative for sale within 1,000 feet of specified place changed to selling controlled substance, 2 counts of possessing marijuana for sale within 1,000 feet of specified place changed to selling marijuana, 2 counts of selling controlled substance, trafficking in opium or derivative between 4 and 14 grams, adjudication withheld, 180 days with credit for 127 days served, 3 years drug offender probation on each, served concurrently; selling opium with 1,000 feet of specified place and 4 counts of unlawful use of 2-way communications device, nolle pros. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund, probation cost. 

Jeffery Lashley, VOP on sexual battery, violation dismissed. 

David W. Lewis III, knowingly driving while license suspended, cancelled or revoked and possessing cocaine, 36 months with credit for 106 days served on each; possessing less than 20 grams marijuana and resisting arrest without violence, 106 days with credit for 106 days served on each. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund. 

 

Michael Wayne Maxwell, VOP on forgery, probation revoked, adjudication withheld, 36 months drug offender probation. Must pay VOP cost, probation cost. 

Reggie G. McClendon, VOP on aggravated assault with intent to commit a felony, probation reinstated, 6 months community custody. Can do community sservice for court costs. 

Michelle Lee McNeal, 2 counts of fraud by illegal use of credit cards, 84 days with credit for 84 days;  2 counts of petit larceny third or subsequent conviction, 3 years drug offender probation on each, served concurrently. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund, probation cost, $70 restitution. 

 

Krista Pedersen, child abuse, adjudication withheld, 3 years probation, 36 days with credit for 36 days served. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund, probation cost. 

 

James William Roberts, 2 counts fraud by uttering and larceny between $300-$5,000, 24 months probation on each, served concurrently. Must pay probation cost, $675 restitution. 

Mikal Rodriguez, burglary and grand theft, 36 months probation on each. Must pay probation cost. 

 

Mark Woodrow Stevens, possessing drugs without a prescription, adjudication withheld, 18 months drug offender probation. Must pay cost of probation. 

 

Donna Alyce Thompson, trafficking in amphetamine, nolle pros; producing methamphetamine and possession of controlled substance without a prescription, 5 years drug offender probation on each; possession of paraphernalia, 40 days with credit for 40 days served, all served concurrently. Must pay jail fund, probation cost.

Heath Leighon Thompson, dealing in stolen property and petit larceny third or subsequent conviction, 15 months with creditfor 15 days served on each, served concurrently. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund. 

Jeanette Elizabeth Thompson, VOP on possessing cocaine, probation revoked, adjudication withheld, 2 years probation with first year community custody, second year drug offender probation. Must pay VOP cost, probation cost. 

Melissa Ann Tiller, larceny between $300-$5,000, adjudication withheld, 12 months probation, 50 hours community service. Must pay probation cost,

Jeremiah Anthony Tisdale, possessing marijuana with intent to sell, 3 years drug offender probation; possession of paraphernalia, 54 days with credit for 54 days served. Must pay jail fund, probation cost. 

 

Angela Annette Walton, 2 counts of selling synthetic narcotic within 1,000 of specified place and 2 counts of possessing opium or derivative for sale, nolle pros; possessing opium or derivative for sale and sale of controlled substance, 18.9 months with credit for 29 days on each, served concurrently. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund. 

Jakarr White, VOP on 2 counts of sex offsnese against a child, probation reinstated, 10 days with credit for 10 days served. Must pay VOP and probation cost.
