Central Florida Community College recognized 11 students that completed the Certified Nursing Assistant program at the Levy Center.
The CNA program prepares students to work in the health care field as nursing assistants and to take and pass the Florida Certified Nursing Assistant exam. It consists of 80 hours of classroom and lab training as well as 40 hours of clinical experience in a local health care facility. Classes are held at the Levy Center, 114 Rodgers Blvd. in Chiefland, with clinical experience taking place at Ayres Health and Rehabilitation Center in Trenton.
