Angel House Thrift Store at Holy Family Catholic Church, located three miles north of Williston on Hwy 27A is open Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. every weekend.
This weekend because of the Flea Market, on Saturday only there will be a special $2 bag day. All the clothes you can fit in a plastic shopping bag for $2. The ladies there will be happy to show you how to fold to get the most for your money.
Holy Family Catholic Church monthly yard sale will be held March 17 from 8-1. Price $5 for table, $5 for space or $5 for tent.You can bring your own table or tent. Vendors are welcome.
Holy Family Catholic Church will host its Fish Dinner Friday, March 9 from 5-7 p.m. at the parish hall, located three miles north of Williston on Hwy 27A.
Choose from fried or baked fish, along with french fries, hushpuppies, drinks, dessert and your choice of two sides of baked beans, coleslaw, or grits will be served.
Adult meals are $7, children under 12 eat for $4. Senior portions, which are smaller, are available.
Take out orders welcome.
Holy Family Catholic Church invites the community to share a Lite Lunch Wednesday, March 21 from 12 to 1:30 p.m. in the parish hall.
Everyone is welcome and there is no charge or obligation of any kind.
Barbara Edmonds will speak on Gardening in Florida: Grow Your Own Friday, March 16 at the Bronson United Methodist Church fellowship hall.
A spaghetti supper will precede the program.

A pancake breakfast and church-wide yard sale will be held at Romeo Baptist Church, 20545 SW 5th Place, Dunnellon, Saturday, March 10 at 8 a.m. The Pancake breakfast ends at 10 a.m. All proceeds in the pavilion and for the pancake breakfast will go to help support the children’s C3 Day camp. St. John the Baptist Catholic
St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, located on the corner of U.S. 41 and Hwy. 40 East in Dunnellon will hold its fish fry every Friday during lent from 4 - 6 p.m. Cost is $7 for adults and students and children 6 - 12 is $3.50. The fish fry is open to the public and is held in the church pavilion.
The Bronson United Methodist Church will host a free movie Saturday, March 10 at 6 p.m. in the fellowship hall. Popcorn and soda will be served. There is no charge for this event.
The movie to be shown is “Courageous.”
