California, here they come

Two Red Devil football players will pack their belongings and move across the United States to pursue their educations and play on the gridiron.
Orvil Stone and Darroll Jest both signed their scholarships to play football for Ventura College in Ventura, Calif. Tuesday in the media center at Williston High School.
Stone will enter the medical arena, studying in the pediatrics field. Jest will major in business.
As the two young men were introduced to their family and friends gathered for the event, Red Devil Coach Jamie Baker made it clear to everyone that he was very proud of these two young men.
"They made the grades, and worked hard off the field so they could pursue their life's plans," Baker said.
Both Stone and Jest chose Ventura College because of the academic program as well as the opportunity to continue to play football.
