Eager Contracting, Warehouse Flooring to host Chamber event Eager Contracting, Inc. and Warehouse Flooring Outlet are hosting the Williston Area Chamber of Commerce's June After-Hours Mixer on Thursday, June 12 from 5 to 8 p.m. The Mixer, open to Chamber members and area residents, is designed to acquaint the public with locally owned and operated businesses. Local artist Linda Ballentine Brown, a charter member of the Cowboy Art Association of Florida, will have her paintings on display during the gathering. Ballentine Brown brings her love of ranching, cows and horses to her paintings and other media. June's event is at co-host Eager Contracting's latest project at 798 N.W. 4th Ave. in the new Oak Hammock neighborhood in Williston. The 3,118 square foot home has ample room for entertaining with a screened lanai, study, breakfast nook, kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops throughout, three bedrooms and two baths. The 10-foot ceilings can dampen any party noise while giving a museum feeling to the art display. The home's floors and dcor were done in conjunction with co-host Warehouse Flooring Outlet. It's the perfect place for folks to meet, check out the latest in construction and decorating ideas, and to learn more about these two Williston businesses and the artist. Eager Contracting is owned and operated by the Eager family - Lisa and George Eager Jr. and their son, George "G. W." Eager III. George III and Jackie, are graduates of Williston public schools.
