State prosecutors say they will not pursue charges against an 18-year-old Bronson man arrested in June for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon who said he was defending his home.
“Nobody’s been charged in the case,” said chief investigator and spokesperson for the state attorney’s office of the 8th judicial circuit court Spencer Mann.
Mann said prosecutors took sworn testimony from various witnesses in the case, which was dropped in July, but said there wasn’t enough information to charge anyone from either of the two sides involved.
