Holy Family Catholic Church, established in 1968, has completed its third renovation.

There will be a Rededication and Blessing Celebration on Sunday, Jan. 6, at 2 p.m. Bishop Victor Galeone of the Diocese of St. Augustine will preside over the celebration. He will be rededicating the church that has been doubled in size as well as blessing two new buildings, including a new parish hall and a beautiful new Angel House.

Also invited are Mayor Gerald Hethcoat, pastors of the local Churches, former pastors of Holy Family, and friends of the parish from outlaying areas.

The original Angel House was closed when the doublewide trailer that was being used became structurally unsafe. During its operation it provided affordable household goods and clothing for the community and served the needy of our community as well. The Angels who will be staffing the new thrift shop say they hope to be opening soon.

The Rev. Rodolfo Godinez, pastor of Holy Family, is celebrating his third year in Williston. He, along with his parishioners and friends from other parishes, have been working tirelessly to make this project a reality.
