Back to School Jamboree Saturday
The 19th Annual Back to School Jamboree will take place from 3-5 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 10 at the Williston Middle School Cafetorium.
There will be games, activities, entertainment, door prizes, information booths, food and fun!
Bags of free school supplies will be distributed to all youth, from PreK up to college. There will also be some care packages for the teachers.

A Zumbathon to gather school supplies will be held from 9-11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 10 at Bronson High School, 351 Ishie Ave., Bronson.
Cost is $5 or a donation of new school supplies.
Items needed include: pencils, erasers, wide-ruled and college-ruled notebook paper, folders, tissues, bottle glue and glue sticks, crayons, scissors, composition notebooks, hand sanitizer, colored pencils, highlighters, index cards, dividers and notebooks.
All proceeds will go toward the purchase of school supplies.

JBES Back to School Bash Aug. 13
Joyce Bullock Elementary School will hold its Back to School Bash, Tuesday, Aug. 13, from 5 - 7 p.m. at the JBES Cafeteria. Join us as we prepare for the upcoming school year. Teacher assignments, school supply lists, Skyward Access sign ups, PTO and SAC information and local businesses in attendance.
WES Open House Aug. 15
Gear up with Williston Elementary School for another winning season.
Parents, guardians and students are encouraged to join the team Thursday, Aug. 15 in the Multi-Purpose Room, starting with third grade at 3 p.m., fourth grade at 4 p.m. and fifth grade at 5 p.m.
Here you will meet your referees (administrators), coaches (teachers), and cheerleaders (support staff). Also, on the sidelines, make sure you visit the following huddles: Boy Scouts of America, guidance, buses, food service, parent involvement and community businesses.
It wouldn’t be a pep rally without complimentary snacks at the concession stand and several raffle drawings for back to school supplies.
WHS Community Pep Rally Aug. 22
The 2nd Annual Community Pep Rally will be held at 7:30 p.m. Aug. 22 at the WHS Stadium. Community members, students and alumni are encouraged to attend and cheer on student athletes as they prepare for another school year.
