Maybe one of the best parts of my job in the newspaper office is providing information to people who either call or come in the office.
I really enjoy helping folks find their way to a location, or assisting them find answers to questions that they themselves don't know how to achieve.
Shoot, I'm even directory assistance sometimes when people can't find phone numbers.
It's a good feeling of satisfaction when you help someone.
It's customer service, even if they don't want to buy a newspaper or place an ad.
